The Bryophyte and Lichen Study Group of the Catalan Institution for Natural History (BrioLi-ICHN) began its activity in 2023.  Its main goals are to promote the study of bryophytes and lichens across the Catalan-speaking regions and to bring together experts and naturalists interested in these biological groups. Through their work and expertise, the group aims to serve as a reference for governments and land managers in valuing this often overlooked natural heritage.
